Switching is easier than you think
The real reason restaurants stay with a system they’ve outgrown is the fear of losing bookings on the way out. Here is exactly how the move works.
First 30 days free · 0% commission · Unlimited bookings · Cancel any time
1. Export from your current system
Almost every booking system lets you download your upcoming bookings and your guest list as a file. That file is yours — you’re entitled to it.
2. Import into BookaTab
Upload the file in the setup guide and your future bookings and guests appear in BookaTab, matched to the right dates and times.
3. Let the setup guide do the rest
It reads your website and fills in your details, opening hours and a starting table list. You check each step.
4. Swap the button
Replace the booking button on your website and the link on Google and Instagram with your BookaTab one. New bookings arrive in BookaTab from that moment.
What you keep, what you lose
Be clear-eyed about it.
- ✓You keep: your guest list, your upcoming bookings, your website and Google bookings
- ✓You lose: commission and per-guest fees
- ✓You may lose: bookings that came from a marketplace’s own diner app — check how many of yours really come from there
